Create a vibrant, contemporary design that maximizes the potential of existing built structures while introducing a refreshed aesthetic. Develop a signature breakout/collaboration space that serves as the heart of the office, fostering connection and creativity.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Interior design and documentation of an office transformation, beginning with detailed site inspection and measurement of existing conditions. Develop multiple test-fit layout options that strategically repurpose existing structures while introducing new design elements. Create a cohesive design concept that balances open collaboration with private focus areas, anchored by a large multi-functional breakout space.
Included concept design with 3D renders of front-of-house and signature breakout areas, custom joinery design, comprehensive documentation for tender and permit applications, and selection of all furniture, finishes, fixtures and equipment in close collaboration with the client.
