Transform an unoccupied warehouse in Melbourne’s inner city suburb of Clifton Hill into a dynamic taproom and brewery, welcoming patrons from the afternoon into the late evening. Additionally, seamlessly integrate a café to serve coffee & cuisine from the early morning hours until lunchtime.
